What You Get

This program combines executive alignment, hands-on training, and tangible proof-of-concept. By week 5, your leadership team will have clarity on priorities, foundational AI skills, and a working demo that showcases real value on your data.

Unlike standalone training or consulting, Executive AI Essentials + Prototype ensures alignment and action happen together—leaders learn while seeing exactly how AI can work for them.

Education Before Implementation

We equip your team with skills first, then build systems together—creating leaders who direct technology, not just follow it.

Human-Centered Design

We architect AI workflows that amplify human judgment—building augmented teams, not displaced ones.

Demystification Focus

We translate technical capabilities into business outcomes—practical tools with measurable results your team can confidently explain.

Timeline & Scope

Week 1

Interviews & Prioritization (Identify)

  • 4 × 60-min executive interviews (current AI use, pain points, desired outcomes, data constraints)
  • Deliverables: Findings Presentation, Risk-vs-Reward matrix (top 3–4 bets)
  • 30-min alignment huddle to pick the "hero" use case
Week 2

Modules 1 & 2 (Educate)

  • Module 1: Foundation for Leaders
  • Module 2: Prompting
  • Light practice tied to the hero use case
Week 3

Modules 3 & 4 (Educate)

  • Module 3: Advanced Prompting
  • Module 4: Multimodal
  • Prototype scope check-in (30 min): lock inputs, prompts, outputs
Week 4

Modules 5 & 6 + Prototype Build (Educate + Demo Build)

  • Module 5: Data Analysis (no-code for leaders)
  • Module 6: Ethics, Risk & Governance
  • No-code prototype build (mid–late week): illustrative, sandboxed version of the hero use case (not production)
Week 5

Demo Walkthrough, Pilot Wrap

  • 90-min demo walkthrough (what it does, what it doesn't, pilot considerations)
  • Executive Playbook deck (10–12 slides): Risk-vs-Reward recap, 30/60/90 roadmap, owners & metrics
  • Roundtable decision (45–60 min): confirm go-forward plan
  • Upsell: fixed Team Educate rollout (scope, dates, investment)

Determining The Hero Use Case

The hero use case becomes the anchor for training, the prototype demo, and later the Educate Phase examples. We use a fast rubric to ensure we pick something feasible, impactful, simple, and low-risk.

Where It Happens

  • Week 1 (Thu): Provisional pick. After the 4 exec interviews, we run the 30-min alignment huddle, rank the 3–4 ideas, and pick a provisional hero use case. We write a 1-page Concept Brief.
  • Week 2 (Fri): Go / Narrow / Swap gate. After Modules 1–2 and collecting sample files, we do a quick check: Go if data is accessible and scope fits a 3–5 day no-code build. Narrow if it's too broad (we trim to a single flow or report). Swap to the next-ranked idea if there's a blocker (no data access, legal risk).
  • Week 3 (mid-week): Final lock (30-min scope check-in). This is the last chance to adjust before the Week 4 build starts. After this, changes mean we either reduce the demo or switch to a click-through mock.

How We Decide (Fast Rubric)

  • Feasibility (now): data available + safe to use?
  • Impact (near-term): visible exec value inside 30/60/90 days?
  • Simplicity: can we illustrate it cleanly in a no-code demo?
  • Risk: low legal/compliance lift?

The locked hero use case becomes the anchor for the demo and, later, the Educate Phase examples. The other high-ranked ideas stay in the deck to fuel breakout work during Educate (so Finance isn't stuck with a Sales-only scenario, etc.).

Deliverables

6 Executive Sessions

Comprehensive training covering Foundation, Prompting, Advanced Prompting, Multimodal, Data Analysis, and Ethics & Governance.

Risk-vs-Reward Matrix

Prioritized opportunities with clear ranking and rationale for top 3–4 AI bets.

Prototype Concept Brief

Problem definition, inputs, outputs, owners, and KPI for the hero use case.

No-Code Prototype/Demo

Sandboxed, illustrative version of the hero use case—not production, but tangible proof-of-concept.

Executive Playbook (Deck)

10–12 slides covering Risk-vs-Reward recap, 30/60/90 roadmap, owners & metrics.

Final Decision Meeting

Roundtable with clear next steps and optional upsell to Team Educate rollout.

Upsell: Team Educate (Broader Team)

Investment: $30,000 • Duration: 6 weeks • Format: six 90-min workshops (Foundation, Prompting, Advanced Prompting, Multimodal, Data Analysis, Ethics)

We reuse the hero prototype as the anchor example; functional breakouts (Finance, Sales, Ops, etc.) apply identical skills to their own workflows—productized delivery, relevant practice.

What You Will Gain

Fundamental Understanding

A fundamental understanding of how LLMs work. You will learn how to think "computationally" to effectively engage with them.

Top-Tier Prompting Skills

You will become a top 95% prompter—able to create reports, images, videos, data analysis, websites and apps.

Agent Design Capabilities

You will be able to design agents that assist in work on your behalf—extending your scale and automating repetitive tasks.

What This Means for You

Get Time Back

By automating repetitive tasks, you free up hours for what actually drives outcomes.

Extend Your Scale

By employing and designing agents, you multiply your capacity without multiplying your headcount.

Focus Your Time

On what actually drives the outcomes you want—strategic work that moves the needle.

Create Things

You didn't even know were possible—unlock new capabilities and innovations that weren't feasible before.
